Welcome to the web site of the Frank Gu Research Group and the Laboratory of Biopolymers and Nanomedicine. We are a highly motivated, multidisciplinary team of graduate and undergraduate researchers working under the supervision of Dr. Frank Gu, based out of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Waterloo. The main research focus of our lab is at the interface of nano-science and pharmaceutical technology, applying nanotechnology engineering design principles to overcome challenges in healthcare and medicine.
